VOLUNTEERS are asked to come forward to help at this year’s Oxjam, an arts and music festival, being held at Hendre Hall on the weekend of October 24-26.
A very important aim of the event is to ensure everyone has a good time and proceeds will go to Oxfam which to help people living in poverty and misery to regain the integrity in their lives.
Lots of musicians are already lined up to play and organisers are providing for a huge variety of entertainment including films and storytelling as well as plenty of food and drink.
There are spaces available for crafts stalls and display demonstrations, and anything from dance performances or dance workshops, from belly dancing to judo, will be acceptable.
To volunteer call Caroline Coppock on (01248) 370498 or e-mail caroline.oxjam@googlemail.com
