Missing man found safe after Menai Strait search

A LIFEBOAT crew searched the Menai Strait coastline after reports of a missing pensioner on Monday night.

Police were alerted that the man had gone missing around 4pm.

After searching rocks on the Anglesey side of the Strait, Beaumaris RNLI crew were told the man was found safe and well.
